You are being warned: if you are soft-hearted, the following video will make you weep. At least it did for me.

Break.com and Barefoot Wine recently teamed up to do something nice for a pretty amazing single mom in Cleveland.

Her name is Cara Simmons and she is a mother of three. She works as a housekeeper and over the past few years she has been in and out of the hospital for exhaustion.

As part of their "Prank It Forward" series, the folks at Break.com really did a great job in tricking Cara into thinking she was showing up at a house for a job.

Instead, when she showed up, the place was spotless. The woman posing as the owner said she needed help taste-testing food for a party, including lobster and truffles.

Cara then got a massage from a couple of massage therapist then tried on some designer clothing (which she of course is getting to keep).

Finally, a guy showed up with boxes. The contents turned out to be stuff from her apartment. And after some understandable confusion from Cara, the "prank" was revealed by the actors -- she was actually getting the house she was standing in!
