Erupting Volcano Caught On Camera [Video]

An erupting volcano in Guatemala was caught on camera but a film crew that probably wished they hadn’t been so close at the time. The Fuego Volcano was being filmed and studied by a group of vulcanologist when the mountain decided to blow.

The video is pretty intense, it’s amazing how scientist can suddenly become track stars when they are about to be covered in molten rock or have huge boulders dropped on their heads. Fortunately none of the film crew were injured in this particular eruption event. But if you listen closely during the video you can hear off in the distance a very faint, ” I told you so”.
