Comeaux High School Hamburger Cook-Off

Comeaux High School is hosting a hamburger cook-off to benefit the Comeaux High Football Team. The event will be held at Foster Park, Saturday, August 25 from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m.  Come hungry because there will be plenty of juicy burgers cooking away!

Traditional and open categories for the cooks; $50 for one category or $75 for both categories.

Cook Off Rules:
1.) Traditional Category- Beef or Pork Only
2.) Open Category- Anything Goes
3.) 25 Burger Minimum for Public and 5 for Judges (30 total each category)
4.) Awards given for the top three places in each category
5.) Teams  must provide their own grills, tents, tables, etc.
6.) Teams must provide plates to serve samples
7.) Teams can NOT dump coals on the ground
8.) Team captain is responsible for the conduct of their team
9.) Three wrist bands will be provided per team
10.) Judging will be at 11 a.m. and open to the public at 11:30
11.) Teams must have their areas cleaned by 5 p.m.
