Gas Saver Getaway To New Iberia Louisiana [Video]

I have lived in Acadiana since 1995 and there are so many things I still haven't seen. Some of our greatest treasures are less than 30 minutes away by car. All you have to do is know that they are there.

This week end if you find  your spirit of adventure tingling why not explore some of the sights in New Iberia. I have heard about the beautiful Shadows-on-the-Teche but I haven't visited. I have also heard about the Tabasco plant too but sadly I have never been there either. You can bet I am setting aside a weekend to go visit in my own backyard very soon.

In these times of high gas prices you don't need to go far to find interesting and educational sights to see. Best of all we still speak the same language and you know the food is going to be great.
