Researchers in Switzerland have found that you can fall asleep faster if you wear socks to bed.
When you’re about to fall asleep, your body directs more blood to your hands and feet. Once your little footsies are all warmed up, your blood starts circulating around the rest of your body and down you go.
So if you’re wearing socks, your feet warm up faster, which means blood can circulate around your body quicker.
