How Can We Loosen These Bolts? [Video]

At the studios, we currently have a little problem. Our engineer, Matt, needs to re-position our satellites. Normally not that big of a problem. However, as you'll see in the video, the bolts aren't moving. I mean nothing. As a result, I'm asking you to put your eyes on our situation and give us some advice.

The air compressor and impact gun are definitely not getting this done. Should we use more grease? Should we heat up the bolts?
