For years, many diet experts have advised using smaller plates for our food. By doing so, normal portions look bigger and thus fool us into thinking we’ve eaten more than we have.
Now a group of Japanese researchers have taken that idea one further — they’ve created goggles that make food look larger.
Looks like there’s actually a really good reason so many networks have comedians hosting late-night shows: laughing producing melatonin, a hormone that helps us sleep.

Between 39 territories, Marvel’s hotly anticipated Superhero Team-Up Extravaganza earned an astonishing $178.4 million, shattering opening records across the globe.
Japanese website Rocket News decided to pay ¥7000 or $86.85 to add 1050 strips of bacon to a Whopper, then film a dude trying to pig it all down. There are many flaws with this plan, namely that Whopper is the size of a toddler, but the contender here is clearly not prepared for this particular undertaking
April 16, 2012 Suddenly we are a nation of outlaws.To be truthful if we wanted to cut down on health care cost in this country we would have similar legislation and smoking would be against the law too. However, this is America and I do believe we have the right be as healthy or unhealthy as we choose to be.
