Saints Cornerback Damian Swann Arrested For Reckless Driving And Speeding

Macon.com is reporting New Orleans Saints CB Damian Swann was arrested March 18 on reckless driving and speeding charges.

The report says Swann was in Atlanta, Ga when police clocked him driving 100-mph in a 65-mph zone. Police say he was initially driving 81-mph, but accelerated to 10-mph to pass another vehicle.

The police report stated Swann was "driving 35 mph over the posted speed limit and was driving in complete disregard for the safety of his passenger and the motorist that he passed." Maximum sentence for the misdemeanor is 12 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
