Catahoula native and 3-time Kentucy Derby winning jockey Cavin Borel was arrested and jailed Saturday night in Evansville, Indiana on a drunken drive charge. Borel was stopped by Indiana State Police for making an unsafe lane change. According to Borel's agent, Jerry Hissam, Borel's blood-alcohol content was "barely over" the legal limit of .08 percent.
