Sometimes we all need a little help mustering up the energy we need to get through the day. Coffee always has our back, but when we need a little more we reach for things like 5 Hour Energy and Red Bull. Just how much caffeine are we really getting with these?
In what seems to be evidence of an emerging trend, the FDA is currently investigating another highly caffeinated energy drinkand the role it may have played in 13 deaths and many more injuries.
Well, it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out, but a group of nationwide peditricians are now saying NO ENERGY DRINKS for kids. I mean really, did you think this was OK anyway? If I'm not mistaken, my parents wouldn't even let us drink a soft drink when I was growing up!

There's a Great new Energy Drink that I've been trying: It's called Wildlife Energy Drink. They have them in shots and 16oz cans. So we played this game called "Call of the Wild" and if you ever wondered what a Kangaroo sounds like- David will demonstrate for you!
