Fireworks

Fireworks can be fun but they can also be dangerous. Especially if you do stupid things with them. The idea of putting a large arsenal of fireworks on a platform and attaching the platform to a hot air balloon would probably qualify as one of those stupid things.

I know, I know, I know, we don't get blow up any more stuff until December but I wanted to plant this idea now so you could save your money to get this. Then you could invite me over when you blow it up.

The entire show goes up in smoke in just 9 seconds!

One of the best family-friendly Independence celebrations is going on tonight at Sugar Mill Pond in Youngsville. Festivities start at 5:30pm.

There is something magical to a man about things that explode. If you get the chance to make the explosion even bigger and you get to keep all of your fingers then so much the better.

Perhaps there is now a solution to the conundrum of fireworks lovers like myself who have to go to bed early. Daytime fireworks! You don't need the flash and sizzle with these special devices.

We all love to pop fireworks!  No matter what kind you like: sparklers, bottle rockets, "feet poppers," they all somehow make us happy.  But what would happen if we took 5,000 pounds of fireworks and popped them at the same time?

Make sure you read the fine print, folks....we want everyone to have a safe and happy 4th of July weekend....so don't go throwing any firecrackers your little brother's way. Of course, firweworks will not be allowed in certain areas of Acadiana-read here to find out where you can shoot those roman candles...

I wonder if it would be just as much fun to take a fist full of cash and set it on fire? Probably not! Be safe if you're going to be creating your own pyrotechnic display,or you can just enjoy this homemade show shot right here in Louisiana...
