Mother Nature is cooking up a good chance of showers by this evening and it looks like we will have a chance of rain in the forecast everyday this week.

The castle made famous by Bram Stoker’s 1897 gothic horror novel ‘Dracula’ has been terrorizing it's neighboring residents in Whitby, North Yorkshire with a shower of human bones -- a recent landslide has caused the town’s seaside cemetery to slowly cascade down the mountain.
After spending some time on the gulf coast's highways and byways over the weekend in the rain I got to observe a little bit of bad driving. OK, a lot bad driving and inattentiveness.
I wish I had a dog that could do this. Actually I wish I had a dog that didn't confuse the living room floor with a toilet. This dog loves the slide. I don't know too many dogs that love to climb like this fellow does but he gets himself up and then comes right down ready to go another round.
June 8th is St. Medard Day. Who's St. Medard you may ask? Well, St. Medard lived about 1500 years ago in France and is the patron saint of weather and rain. And it is tradition that on this very day if it rains then we'll have 40 more days of rain. If it's nice weather today, then we'll have 40 days of fine weather.
