Imagine training for a grueling event with nothing but your Quarter Pounder and Big Mac to keep you company. You can do it! In my humble opinion McDonald's gets a lot guff from the media about their food. You can't blame McDonalds for an unhealthy lifestyle, if you eat and exercise you are going to be fine.
