The Insane Inflatable 5K is just around the corner and now is the time to get yourself registered. Myself along with a few other DJs from our sister stations, CJ from 99.9 KTDY , JoBo from Planet Radio 105.1, Scott Prather from ESPN 1420, and Chris Reed from Hot 107.9, decided to whip ourselves into shape in preparation for the 5K. We took a trip over to Fit Life in Lafayette to see our Insane Inflatable 5K personal trainer, Brian Broussard. Here is your first look at our boot camp adventure.

Now that you got a great laugh for the day, there is one thing you need to know. You do not need to go through personal training to do the Insane Inflatable 5K. We did it because we needed the extra help being as we sit behind a microphone all day! Anyone can do the 5K, including the young ones as part of the Junior Jumpers. I will let you in on a little secret, I don't work out very often (but I'm sure you can guess that after watching). However, this was a great experience. I was pretty sore ALL OVER after, but it was definitely worth all of the hard work. I am 100% sure that I could tackle the Insane Inflatable 5K and that means you can, too!

The Insane Inflatable 5K will be in Acadiana November 2nd at Evangeline Downs Racetrack and Casino. Sign up before October 10th and registration is only $54. After that, the cost goes up to $59 and cost on event day, November 2nd, will at $75. This means the sooner you register, the more money you save! There are also All Access Passes available for $100. But hurry because about half of the waves are 100% full! To register, click on Insane Inflatable 5K at the top of the website or visit their website.
