What Is This Chicken Doing? [Video]

Is the chicken sticking it's chest out? Is the chicken doing some kind of yoga position? Is it a government chicken, meaning it's got its head up its butt?

Why are the people so excited about this chicken?

I have no real explanation other than maybe if we come together as a people we can figure this video out. Sometimes You Tube gets to be very strange. I usually find my self trapped in that part of You Tube once or twice a week.  If you have an explanation of what is going on please share.
