A tattoo artist in Cincinnati named Andy Eschenbach works at a place called Flying Tiger and he's been tatting up people for many years now. One who does this line of work gets to know human behavior pretty good.

Andy just listed the body parts where clients complain the most about the pain.

Here are the top 10 spots where it's the most painful to get a tattoo, from top to bottom:

1. Head
2. Face
3. Sternum
4. Hand (especially your palm)
5. Elbow
6. Ribcage and stomach
7. Butt cheeks
8. Inner thigh and knee
9. Ankle
10. Foot

Well, this seems to cover your whole body! So you are now probably asking yourselves, "where exactly does it not hurt?"

The places where people feel the least pain are the arms, lower legs, and shoulders. Time for me to get that new, hip tribal shoulder tattoo I've always wanted! ;)
