$360 Million Could Be Yours With Next Powerball Drawing

As you can tell by listening to 97.3 The Dawg this morning neither Jude nor I held the winning numbers in last night's Powerball drawing. I don't feel too bad about that because nobody else had the winning numbers either. It seems as if the universe has decided that I must wait until Saturday night to claim my fortune.

What a fortune it would be, too. The current estimated jackpot for the Powerball is $360 million dollars. That works out to a $250 million dollar cash prize. If you throw in Uncle Sam and his take you'd probably be left with about $5 dollars in cash. Okay, you'd have considerably more than that $5 bucks.

The next Powerball drawing will be Saturday night and if you don't hear either Jude or I or both of us on the radio the following Monday you can assume that we had way too much fun at this weekend's Mardi Gras parades.
