39-Year-Old New Orleans Woman Dies of COVID-19
A 39-year-old New Orleans' woman was found dead in her kitchen, reportedly before she had received the results of a COVID-19 test she had taken just days before.
KATC reports Natasha Ott was said to be in good health according to her boyfriend Josh Anderson.
Ott allegedly had "cold-like symptoms" but declined to take a COVID-19 test on March 10th after being told she was at low risk. This past Monday, March 16th, Anderson says Ott still had symptoms, so she got tested for COVID-19.
Ott was found dead in her kitchen Friday, March 20th by her boyfriend.
She is listed as the 16th death in Louisiana from COVID-19.

Anderson added that his girlfriend's story should be a wake-up call. He believed that younger, healthy people like Ott and himself would be okay.
Natasha Ott worked for Crescent Care, who confirmed that she was a former employee and that she had died, but declined to say more.
