4 Types Of Goldfish Crackers Recalled Due To Possible Salmonella Contamination
Pepperidge Farm has announced they are voluntarily recalling four brands of their Goldfish Crackers. The company is concerned they could possibly be contaminated with salmonella.
The recall stems from one of Pepperidge Farms ingredient suppliers alerted them that the powder used in a seasoning these four flavors of crackers may be contaminated.
Thankfully, no illnesses have been reported in the U.S. so far.
KATC reports the recall includes "Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar, Flavor Blasted Sour Cream & Onion, Goldfish Baked with Whole Grain Xtra Cheddar and Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel."
Pepperidge Farms has posted a chart of the recalled crackers along with the product codes on its website.
