Don't look now but we are just over two weeks from Thanksgiving!

Of course, as soon as we put away the Halloween decorations here in south Louisiana we started thinking about what we are going to be cooking for the big day.

Most folks I know around here are going to be serving up a turkey, maybe baked or perhaps fried. Some will do a good pork roast or even a whole hog.

But we all know the fun to Thanksgiving meals are in the side dishes. Every family has that one dish a Maw Maw makes that is just out of this world!
