Amazing Accident Avoidance- What Was That?

Two speeding vehicles are racing toward an intersection when all of the sudden! What was that? How did they not crash and kill everybody?

I have watched this quite a few times and still can't determine what the flash was? Maybe it was Chuck Norris! That is the only explanation I could come up with. Tell me what you see speeding out ahead of the two vehicles and how in the heck did they not all die!
