
Baton Rouge Police Hilariously Answer Drug Dealer’s Phone During Bust
BATON ROUGE, La. - There's nothing funny about drugs, breaking the law, drug dealers, or being arrested, but a recent video out of Baton Rouge is currently going viral and getting a lot of laughs despite of all of these things.
During a drug bust and arrest in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as the alleged drug dealer is in cuffs in the back of a squad car when his cell phone rings. What do the arresting officers do? They answer the phone and have a chat with the alleged drug dealer's customer looking to score posing as the suspect and proceed to set up a drug deal with the 'Client".

The result is hilarious, and pretty uniquely Louisiana.

"Police footage captures officers pulling over a speeding Dodge Challenger in Baton Rouge – Then they answer a call from the alleged drug dealer's client
Pure comedy gold 😆"

As officers are processing and inventorying the drugs found in the suspect's car, the suspect's phone rings. That's when one of the officers made the decision to go ahead and answer the call to see what the caller might want or need, obviously hoping it would be something that would strengthen their case.

Indeed the incoming call was definitely something to add to evidence. It was a potential customer looking to score.
