I have a lot of friends and family who are secret Disney fans. Grown adults who love all the Disney movies, characters, merchandise, and especially trekking to their Mecca - the Mac Daddy Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida. I love Disney World too, so I was surprised to see that once again they are making changes that are bound to make some of its core customers very angry.

On Monday the official Disney Parks Blog announced that they will no longer offer their Magical Bus Express service, starting on January 1, 2022. This means that airport travelers who are staying at Disney Resorts will now have to pay for rides to and from the resort through rideshare services, busses, rental cars, or various other means. The Express service has been complimentary for guests since 2005, even though you had to make a reservation in advance to be picked up from Orlando International Airport.

And more changes were announced yesterday as well, according to MSN. The company also said they will no longer offer guests their Extra Magic Hours perk, which had been suspended due to coronavirus concerns earlier last year. It allowed guests to spend extra time in the parks before or after closing at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. It will not be coming back, and by the comments on social media sites, guests and fans are extremely disappointed. MSN stated that fans were unhappy "that the value of Disney World Resort stays seems to be decreasing." You can read the press release on the Disney Blog's Instagram account below.
