If you didn't know, this Sunday is National Ice Cream Day. To celebrate, Blue Bell Ice Cream has announced a brand spankin' new flavor that looks and sounds pretty dang great.

Blue Bell Ice Cream has announced their new flavor "Sweet 'n Salty Crunch". The new flavor will be hitting stores this week in time for National Ice Cream Day this Sunday, and it will only be available for a limited time.

The new "Sweet 'n Salty Crunch" is made with vanilla ice cream loaded with chocolate-coated pretzel bites, chopped roasted almonds and milk chocolate chunks.

I don't know about you, but this sounds absolutely perfect to me. I'm going to need to buy some bigger bowls this weekend...
