An employee at Intel is suing the company because his co-workers put a "kick me" note on his back and actually kicked him.

Harvey Palacio of Albuquerque, New Mexico says his colleagues usually gave him a hard time, but it peaked with the "kick me" sign. When he went to his boss to complain, his boss kicked him too!

The lawsuit is seeking an unspecified amount of damages.

Two of the employees who kicked him, along with his boss, have already been convicted of petty misdemeanor battery. They each received 16 hours of community service and got canned from their jobs.

Harvey, on the other hand, kept his job at Intel and is still working there. Intel says it's reviewing the lawsuit.
