Firefighters Battle Overnight Blaze In St. Martin Parish

Fire Department investigators have still not determined what caused a blaze that broke out at a St. Martin Parish business last night. Around 10 PM first responders received a report of a fire at a business located at 1161 Levert Road. That's the address of Cabinets Unlimited.

Unconfirmed reports tie the blaze to a diesel storage tank but that was not confirmed. Haz-Mat crews were not called in as part of the response to the fire. Investigators will know more this morning about the extent of damage the business sustained as a result of the blaze.

There were no injuries reported.
