What Makes Fishbox Sushi Different?

While Lafayette and the Acadiana area have several great sushi restaurants, this one is a bit different.

Fishbox Sushi succinctly describes its concept: "Traditional handcrafted, self-service sushi with speed and convenience!"

It's very simple. You just walk up, grab a box, and pick exactly what you want.

If you want two pieces from one roll, three from another, a tofu pocket, a few nigri -- it's all up to you.

The restaurant features a pay-by-weight system, meaning you're never stuck with more than you want. You can even stop in for a quick afternoon snack at this place.

There's another business opening soon in this strip shopping center. HotWorx, a 24-hour infrared fitness studio, will be opening its third Lafayette Parish location.
