‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ Re-Boot Is In the Works

I've been saying for a while now  that Hollywood has done run out of ideas. Case in point, everything gets re-made!

Add "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" to that list.

There is a re-boot of the show in the works with Will Smith involved, not as a star, but as the show's producer.

It's in the early stages of development and there's no real word on any casting yet. However, the rumor mill is swirling that this could be a Smith family project with his son Jaden being involved and possibly even daughter Willow.

The original "Fresh Prince" ran on NBC from 1990 to 1996. For now the network isn't linked to the new version but an NBC exec says they'd be interested in talking to Will about it.
