Holiday Trash Pick-Up Schedule for Lafayette Parish

Our good friend Mark Pope, Environmental Quality Director with Lafayette Consolidated Government, stopped in earlier in the week to remind everyone of the garbage collection schedule for this week.

Basically, things will get bumped back one day for those with trash pick-up on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday in Lafayette Parish.

Mark also gave us all some tips on what do with the excess garbage that much of us acquire after Christmas, including those natural Christmas trees.
