As soon as this guy's stepdaughter learned that as an adult, she didn't need anyone's legal permission to be adopted, she knew exactly what she was going to get her stepfather for his birthday. Luckily for us, they caught it on video, and it's an amazing moment.

Once he figures out what's going on, he immediately wells up and hugs his daughter telling her "You have no idea."
