Insane Inflatable 5K Training Part 2 [VIDEO]

We know you have been waiting for another good kick and here it is!

Myself along with the guys from our sister stations, CJ from 99.9 KTDY , JoBo from Planet Radio 105.1, Scott Prather from ESPN 1420, and Chris Reed from Hot 107.9, continue our Insane Inflatable 5K training with Coach Brian Broussard from Fit Life. We have conquered our warm up and now it is time for some cross training.

And there will be more videos to follow. I must say, this part definitely kicked my butt! I am obviously lacking in the upper body strength department. However, I felt so great when we finished. Once again, you DO NOT have to work out or go through training like us to do the Insane Inflatable 5K. Anyone can do it, even the youngsters.
