Is This Woman From 1937 Walking, Talking On A Cell Phone? [Video]

Could this woman from 1937 be a time traveler? You'll see her walking in a group of women seemingly talking on a cell phone. What is she doing? I've watched a few times and payed close attention to the other women in the video to see if there is any similar behavior, and I don't see any. Why would this woman be walking holding something up to ear and talking into it like a cell phone? She's also the only one who doesn't have a scarf. Is she just itching her ear while talking to a co-worker? She's probably not a time traveler, but it's fun to come up with theories...or, IS she a time traveler?
