I’ve Got The Worst Headache

I figured you would be pulling my leg if you told me there hasn't been a time in your life where you had a headache like no other?  Isn't it so miserable?  Yeah, I agree!  But is there a medicine or something that we can do? What are your tricks to get a headache to go away?
