Izzo’s Illegal Burrito Suing Rouse’s For $10 Million

Izzo's Illegal Burrito is suing Rouse's Supermarkets for $10 million.

In the lawsuit, Izzo's accuses Rouse's of stealing its recipes. The suit alleges a manager was fired from the Lafayette Izzo's in 2012 and then got a job at Rouses and brought the recipe book with him.

The book was recovered from the supermarket through a court order.

Izzo's also accused Rouse's of blocking them from expanding by pressuring developers to keep Izzo's out of new shopping centers.

Rouse's has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
