Komen Race For The Cure Package Pick Up Underway

This Saturday morning in downtown Lafayette the predominate color will be pink. This Saturday is the annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure to raise money and awareness for breast cancer.

Many of you have signed up for the race already and are ready to cover the beautiful course that has been laid out in downtown. There is one other order of business that you really need to handle before Saturday. That order of business is to pick up your race day packet.

Packet pick up is being held today (Thursday) and Friday at the LUS Fiber retail outlet which is located at 1875 Pinhook Road in Lafayette. Packet pick up hours are from 7am until 6pm each day.

If you would still like to register for the race and haven't done so,  you may register and pick up your packet all at the same time. Race day activities will begin Saturday morning at 6:30 with a survivors breakfast. Line up for the 5k and 1 mile event will be at 8am on Jefferson Street in front of Chase Towers.
