Louisiana Lottery Confirms $40,000 Winner Sold for Tuesday Night

Mega Millions is one of two multi-state lottery games available in the state of Louisiana. The other game of that magnitude is Powerball. Powerball will have a drawing tonight. The jackpot in that game will be an estimated $78 million, that's for the annuitized jackpot. The lump sum payout should you win Powerball this evening will be $36.5 million.
