Easter Sunday was a moment for many families around Louisiana to gather and enjoy each other's company. Out in New Orleans, the Lakefront area was a popular spot for many locals to join together for food, drinks, and fun.

Unfortunately, photos show that the celebration on Sunday caused quite the mess on Monday. Of course, crawfish is a popular food option for Easter Sunday but apparently some folks did not get a chance to take care of all of their mudbugs properly.

Lots of commenters have indicated that this problem is not an isolated incident. Apparently, the mess that can be seen in these photos is a regular occurrence for this area of the New Orleans Lakefront.

While many factors should be considered, such as bad weather passing through, lack of trash cans available, etc., the vast majority of reactions to the photos were the same. Check them out below.
