
Man Found Face Down in Canal at Baton Rouge, Louisiana Park on Monday Afternoon
On Monday afternoon, a man was found dead in a canal behind a public park in Baton Rouge.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, around 2:30 p.m., officers responded to a call at a BREC Park along Old Hammond Highway.
Upon arrival, officers found the man face-down in the canal.
Authorities have not yet disclosed if they believe the man died from natural causes or another way.
