For Saints fans it's Archie. For Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos fans it's Peyton. For New York Giants fans it's Eli. They are all Mannings and their legacy is great play at the quarterback position. For those that aspire to be the next great college or NFL quarterback getting to know the Mannings and the "Manning way" is an absolute must.

Would be quarterbacks, receivers and their families are converging upon Thibodaux Louisiana this morning. It is the opening of the 19th Annual Manning Passing Academy. It's considered the "go to " camp for those that aspire to be great quarterbacks. The camp will feature hundreds of the nations top prospects at quarterback and receiver position. In fact nearly 1200 hundred campers are expected to attend this year's camp being held on the campus at Nicholls State University. 

While the Manning Passing Academy may seem like its all about football, for the surrounding area, it's about economic development. The Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce speculates that having the camp at Nicholls State will create an economic impact of almost 2 Million dollars on the economy. Campers come not only for the football experience but their families come and stay in local hotels and eat at local restaurants.

This year's camp will be the 10th year that the Mannings have chosen to use the facilities a Nicholls State to hold their camp.
