Folks who recently took the boat ride at Disney's "Pirates Of The Caribbean" attraction got the surprise of a lifetime. On this particular day, it wasn't the animatronic Jack Sparrow who they encountered, but the real life Johnny Depp playing the part!

As you'll see in the video below, people aren't really sure what's going on at first. They can tell from a distance it's definitely not a robot, and as they get closer, they start to realize it's actually Johhny Depp.
