Need Today’s Morgan Wallen Pre-Sale Code? We’ve Got You Covered
It has been a week of Morgan Wallen hysteria in Acadiana as fans are trying to get their hands on the hottest ticket of 2022.
Of course, by now you probably know that Morgan is bringing his "The Dangerous Tour" to the Cajundome on Saturday, April 23, 2022, along with openers Hardy and Larry Fleet.
The first of several "pre-sales" went "on-sale" this past Monday. The frenzy began there and will undoubtedly roll through Friday shortly after 10:00 am when all the original tickets are scooped up. (We say that because the re-sale tickets will be a crazy hot item for the next few months.)
If you have not yet been able to get your hands on tickets, then you have a couple of more opportunities to do so.
The Cajundome Insiders pre-sale happens today beginning at 10:00 am and we have been able to get our grubby little hands on that code. So right before that time, log-in to your Ticketmaster account and go to the "Cajundome Insiders Presale" and use code UPDOWN for a shot at purchasing tickets.
Then on Friday at 10:00 am, the tickets that remain will be available to the general public. Included in that is something deemed as "Official Platinum." Admittedly, we are not exactly sure what this entails, but it sounds pricey.
Now, if you aren't one of the lucky folks to score tickets to this show, keep this little nugget in the back of your mind -- there may be a second show.
We reported yesterday that there are rumblings that the Cajundome is looking at a second night of Morgan Wallen for the following evening on Sunday, April 24. Our sources tell us that an offer has been made to Morgan's camp and they are just waiting to hear if it will be accepted.
We all know that a second show would be a slam-dunk sell-out as well. That's not the issue. It's simply a matter of managing the artists. Singing night after night can be really taxing on performers.
This particular stretch of shows on "The Dangerous Tour" includes three nights in a row. Will it be too much on Morgan Wallen's vocals to play four nights in a row? That might simply be the biggest question to find out the answer to.
Whether it's two shows or one, we're still going to have a great time when this guy comes to town.
