It's almost Easter my friends! Don't wait until Easter Sunday to enjoy a delicious, no mess, no fuss, Easter pie. This is a great pie recipe to make with your kids because it requires no cooking or baking.

Warning:  this pie is very sweet because the recipe does call for a can of sweetened, condensed milk. I wouldn't suggest allowing your kids to have a slice of this awesome pie before school and/or church... anywhere they will have to be quiet.

However, it is a great pie to serve in small quantities because it is so sweet, so you won't have to make a large amount. Hope you give it a try and enjoy it!

You will need:

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 package vanilla instant pudding/pie filling
3/4 cup cold milk
Whipped cream
Chocolate Easter egg candies, cut in half
1 (6 oz.) prepared graham cracker pie crust

First, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Slowly and gradually add the sweetened condensed milk until well incorporated. Add the cold milk and instant pudding mix and mix on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed through!

Pour half of the pie filling into pie crust and top with halved chocolate candies. Pour the remaining pie filling over the candies. You can garnish the pie with any Easter candies you like- jelly beans, toasted coconut, marshmallows, etc. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. Add whipped cream before serving. Enjoy!
