Starting next March, there will be no more nudity in "Playboy".

Yes, you read that correctly. The magazine that has made a killing off of naked women won't have naked women anymore.

Just weird.

There will still be photo shoots featuring women in provocative poses, they just won't be totally nude. There will also still be a "Playboy of the Month" but her photos will be more PG-13, and they might even do away with the Centerfold spread.

What's a surprise is that this wasn't Hugh Hefner's idea. It was an executive director who brought it up and Hef went with it.

"Playboy" has been around since 1953 and was a huge part of the sexual revolution. But, in 2015, tasteful nudity is passé.

As one executive put it, "That battle has been fought and won. You're now one click away from every sex act imaginable for free."

This may actually do good for the longtime magazine as circulation has dropped from 5.6 million in 1975 to 800,000 now.
