Popular Sub Shop Opening in Costco Shopping Center

Lafayette has been in the news lately for having a few restaurants close their doors. While we are losing a few of our favorite places another restaurant has announced that they are coming to the Lafayette area and plan to open several locations.

Jersey Mike’s Subs will be coming to the Lafayette area near the Costco Center.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is a fast-growing New Jersey-based restaurant that offers quality subs that are sold both hot and cold. One of the things that Jersey Mike’s Subs prides itself on is quality. They are literally “A Sub Above” just as their slogan states.

Jersey Mike’s Subs uses locally sourced produce and the leanest meats around. Plus, their bread is hands down amazing, as it should be because it is baked in-house daily. So if you regularly crave subs, wraps, and bowls in all sizes then this is going to be the place for you.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is planning on opening 5 stores in the Lafayette region in the next 2 years but we know for sure that one of them is coming to the Costco Center and will be located in the 200 block of Spring Farm Road.

“We are very excited to be developing this site and multiple sites of Jersey Mike’s in Lafayette and surrounding areas,” says local franchisee John Gremillion. “Our commitment to the Lafayette community is strong.”

While we believe that the Costco location will open in early 2024 we could see the first location of Jersey Mike’s Subs in Lafayette open by early Summer of 2023.
