Louisiana Powerball winners were sparse for Monday's game. The largest prize generated by a Louisiana-sold Powerball ticket is only $200. And there were only four tickets sold in the state that matched the numbers needed to claim that as a prize. There were also four tickets sold in the state that earned a prize of $100.

$60,000 Easy 5 Winner Sold in Louisiana for Saturday's Drawing

Here is that unfinished business from the weekend. The Louisiana Lottery has confirmed that there was a winning ticket sold for Saturday's Easy 5 drawing. The $60,000 winner was sold at Kountry Korner on Morris Road in Hammond, Louisiana.

The win means the Easy 5 jackpot will return to its starting amount of $50,000 on Wednesday. And the Powerball jackpot will return to its starting amount of $20 million. That drawing is also scheduled for Wednesday evening.

How Much is Mega Millions Tonight?

Tuesday's Mega Millions lottery drawing for May 7, 2024, will feature an estimated annuitized jackpot of $306 million. The lump sum payout on that jackpot would be $140.1 million should you be faced with the dilemma of choosing. That drawing will happen just before 10 o'clock tonight.
