Ragin’ Cajuns Quarterback Dalvin Populist to Transfer

UL Ragin' Cajuns quarterback Dalvin Populist has decided to transfer. The Northshore High product (Slidell) was redshirted this past season and will still have four years of eligibility.

Populist was expected to compete with three other scholarship players next season for the starting quarterback position vacated by the graduated Terrance Broadway.

According to UL Sports Information, no decision has been made yet by Populist as to where he will be transferring.

“We wish Dalvin the best of the luck in the future. He has been an exceptional young man in our program,” coach Mark Hudspeth said.
