The Cleveland Browns released quarterback Connor Shaw last week, and the New Orleans Saints were chomping at the bit to snatch him up off waivers. The Saints were so excited in fact, they accidentally sent an email about claiming Shaw to every team in the NFL instead of just the league's front office. As a result, the Chicago Bears quickly made sure the Saints aren't going to get Shaw.

From CBS.com -

The Bears had waiver-claim priority by virtue of a worse 2015 record. Of course, maybe Chicago had every intention of claiming Shaw anyway, but we're guessing it didn't help that the Saints announced their intentions via an email blast.

Now, the Saints already currently have 3 quarterbacks, so it's not the end of the world, just an embarrassing blunder.
