Skating on the River Returns for the Holidays in Baton Rouge

Skating On The River Baton Rouge

Skating on the River is an annual holiday ice-skating event held at the Raising Cane’s River Center Arena in downtown Baton Rouge.

The holiday event runs Thursday, December 11 through Tuesday, December 30, 2025.

How Much Do Tickets Cost?

You can buy tickets for "Skating on the River" two different way.

Through Ticketmaster, tickets are $34 per person or $28.90 each when purchased for a group of four.

You can save money by buying them at the River Center box office, bringing the price down to $23.50.

Ice skate rental is included with the price of the ticket, but you can bring your own if you have a pair. The Raising Cane's River Center is cashless and only accept debit and credit card payments.

Tickets for "Skating on the River" allow you to ice skate for a session of 75 minutes.

The Raising Cane’s River Center is located at 275 South River Road in Downtown Baton Rouge.
