Sneak Peek of The Liberty of the Seas and the Wayne Toups Cruise [Pictures]

Later this year we'll be "Rockin' the Carribean" with Wayne Toups & Zydecajun as we go cruising on Royal Carribean's Liberty of the Seas.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of touring the ship with our friends at Travel Machine. And oh what a special ship it is!

I guarantee you will be impressed with the Liberty of the Seas as well. It's sheer size is the first thing that will blow your mind. I mean it is the 6th largest cruise ship in the world at over 155,000 tons!

It's capacity is 3,798 (double occupancy) with a maximum occupancy of 4,960 while being served by 1,360 crew. There are a total of 1,899 staterooms on the ship.

Some of the highlights of the ship for me included the indoor ice skating rink, the Flowrider surf simulator, rock-climbing wall and the platinum theater.

And as always with a cruise, you can be as busy or relaxed as you'd like to be. There are tons of amenities to keep you busy, such as the following.

• 4 pools
• 6 whirlpools
• 22 bars, clubs & lounges
• 10 restaurants/dining locations
• casino
• sports court
• outdoor movie screen
• video arcade
• shopping promenade & tons more!

There are many more amenities but simply writing about it could not do it justice. We will be posting a video with some of the ship's highlights in the coming days.
