The "New Iberia Haircut" was possibly the first local viral video, but let us not forget about the KATC live shot affectionately titled "Stop That Em-Effa".

KATC's Rob Perillo has been out for quite some time recovering from hip surgery. Yesterday, he returned to the weather lab in the most incredible way ever...seriously.

If you weren't paying attention this morning while you were having a cup of coffee, you might have missed a mind bending magic trick on Good Morning Acadiana. One second, Katie Lopez was wearing a green dress, then just seconds later the dress turned pink.

Remember back in July, that fast fast little runaway pig in New Iberia everyone was trying to catch? Many people tried to catch him, but he was quite a slippery fella. Well, KATC reports he's doing just fine these days. He doing better than fine actually. He's got a new home and a new loving family.

Acadiana experienced some serious flooding today, and some of the worst of it happened on Ambassador Caffery. KATC's Daniel Philips took issue while watching folks on live traffic cameras driving through these flood waters, and he decided to let them know about it...in what was the most entertaining and hilarious part of most of our days.
